ingredients

  • 2 medium lobster tails
  • 1 lb bacon
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce

directions

1. Remove tail meat from shell. Cut lengthwise down the middle and then across four times to make 10 chunks of lobster
2. Wrap each lobster chunk in 1/2 piece of bacon. Secure with a toothpick.
3. Coat all the bacon/lobster pieces with barbecue sauce. Place on grill and cook until bacon is crisp. Serve warm.
